The XRE Upgraded Door Seal for the GQ Patrol is engineered to keep dust, water and road noise out delivering a quieter, cleaner cabin on and off-road.
The XR Engineering upgraded door seal replaces your basic cabin side edge trim with a unique triple point seal / trim combination which has been specially designed to create a better cabin seal.
The seal uses a unique triple point profile which allows for greater sealing without the need for excessive pressure making the door hard to shut, which can be a problem with more basic profiles. The primary bulb seal provides a secure air tight seal whilst the secondary whiskers assist by deflecting dust, dirt, and water from contacting the primary bulb and compromising its effectiveness.
Made from premium automotive-grade material with an even clamping profile, it resists UV, heat and ozone so it won’t crack over time. Precision-designed to suit 60 series door frames, it fits the factory channel and closes smoothly without slamming. Installation is straightforward most owners can do a full vehicle in under an hour. Available as a complete set—perfect for restoring tired seals or finishing a fresh build.
