All XR Engineering (XRE) products are designed and sold for off-road and recreational use only. They are not intended for public road or highway use unless expressly stated otherwise. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all local road and vehicle regulations before installation or use.

Warranty Coverage

• One-Year Limited Warranty: XRE offers a one-year warranty on all XRE-branded parts against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

• Electrical Components: Electrical parts supplied by XRE are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as applicable.

• Warranty Conditions: XRE reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if, in our reasonable opinion, the product has been:

  • Installed incorrectly or modified from its original design,

  • Damaged through accident, neglect, or improper maintenance, or

  • Subjected to abnormal environmental or operating conditions.

To make a claim, proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault must be provided.

Refunds & Consumer Rights

Refunds, exchanges, or repairs will be processed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the product has been inspected and the claim approved.

XRE’s warranty and refund policies do not limit or exclude any rights granted under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
